Rhoda G Williams, EA, CFE, MSFA, FM DoD
Forensic Accountant for the Government with over 30 Years Experience
Rhoda graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S in Accounting. After fine tuning her management skills working as a Human Resource Manager for a major security company in Connecticut, Rhoda returned to school to obtain a masters in taxation from the University of New Haven. Her passion for taxation and compliance landed her a position working as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. After spending several years successfully auditing individuals, partnerships and corporations, Rhoda became certified as a classroom panel instructor for the small business self- employed division of the IRS.

After receiving an award for her technical expertise in a fraud investigation, Rhoda decided to specialize in forensic accounting. She returned to school and obtained her Masters in Forensic Accounting from Stevenson University.
Rhoda is committed to the development of small businesses and women’s empowerment. As a Certified Fraud
Examiner and Enrolled Agent practicing before the IRS, Rhoda utilizes her experience and knowledge
of tax law to educate individuals and business owners on tax compliance, substantiation and Internal Controls.

When she is not auditing, performing risk assessments or consulting clients on tax strategies, you can find Rhoda line dancing, working out or at the range.
